Such a great picture! A view that many visitors to the Muskokas may miss on their rush to the cottage.

Hi Jennie,
On this photo I was using a Nikon D700 which has a 12MP full frame sensor. It was raining so I was not able to setup my trusty tripod so I worked from a single RAW file instead.

I like the angle for this shot – did you use a wide angle lens. It looks like the water is still over the docks in this photo. The dark sky makes the water look angry.

The water looks rather angry…to match the sky!! It also looks high close to the bridge on the left hand side…

Water shots always impress me…as I’m a huge fan of water! I don’t swim or boat the way I used to when I was younger but love it just the same!
